I believe it was Swordf1sh who made a thread for the PAL regions and it wasn't very active at all. Probably gave up on it.

When they started the Promotion of the Xbox One ?, i think that they are starting to lose mommentum.

They ARE losing momentum and it's very telling. When you think about it, many people (not me) have said it's the power differences that have helped Sony, so it follows that the promise of an XB1 with more power than the next iteration of the PS4 will likely affect XB1 sales more than the PS4.

Microsoft made the mistake of Releasing a Official statement about a Future upgrade of the Xbox One in March, because of that they had to make the Timed 50US$ price cut and had to Deny what they stated before.

At the end of the day it doesn't really matter. Once the XB1 OS is utilised on PC they'll start including those in the XB1 numbers. Just wait and see. It's been the plan all along and I've been watching it closely for years now. The next step is to start talking about the XB1 as a 'platform' and not a 'console'.
