This number is  above what i have expected i thought that the game would sell 2+ Millions First Week.

Think it can break Uncharted 1-2 numbers before E3 ?.

It's 700k aboe what I expected and 300k short of what I expected it to sell in a month. 4m for the month seems likely to me now and including bundles probably more.

I didn't have expectations but I was very much interested in seeing how uncharted would do. Halo had me wondering if first party (established franchises) game's were going to be down this gen but so far uncharted doing fantastic.

Seems it's sales for the month of May are gonna be pretty huge if the usual standard 2nd and 3rd week drops happen. Wonder if they will push this game allot this holiday. Doing this well... IN MAY.

And the game will sell much well during the Holidays, Life-time of 10 Millions is very possible and 1+ Million on USA also is possible.

Far from a "bomb" all that argument for nothing. Now the new excuse is "it seems low."

Bomb as in failing to meet Sony's internal expectations. I said that since the first post.

Come on man.  That was only FW sales.... Its gonna be > 4 Million by month end.  Give it up...

Legs are (expectedly) not going to be that great due to heavy marketing and being the fourth game in a popular series. Legs are usually strong for sleeper hits, new IPs, evergreen titles, and strong WoM. (only legs we have so far is -78% in UK)

TLoU sold 3.4 in three weeks. I just imagine that Uncharted 4 should be tracking a bit higher considering that Uncharted is the more popular IP with more mindshare around it, (and the much bigger budget) especially since we know the legs of Uncharted 4 are going to be worse as said above.

Humility is in short supply nowadays.

Ok, thank you, didn't see this.

Seems somewhat low considering this is WW including digital. Wonder what took them two weeks to release any PR. So much for "they're waiting for E3."

Somewhat low, eh?

TLOU sold 3.4 million three weeks after launch. So UC4 sold 80% of what TLOU sold in three weeks in only a third of that time.

And before you start commenting on legs, TLOU sold 6 million nine months after launch. UC4 is likely already halfway there since remember, the 2.7 million figure is only for its first week.

"Expectations" that you have never specified.

What are Sony's expectations and what are your citations?
