I mean, look at them! They went from underpaid workers who were scrapmen for the railroads in the US, and look at them now- they're the highest paid racial group(even more than white people. let's talk about asian privilege then!)

Think of the common ideas that come along with Asians:

-Smart

-Successful

-Well behaved

Perhaps what other minorities and Muslims should do is follow the lead of Asians. Instead of complaining, why not step up and make a change? 

Every minority group has a chance of becoming successful. All it takes is for people to put actual dedication and fix the issues within themselves.

Asian Americans =/= Common Asians

Sooner or later, the asian americans will start taking things for granted as the generations go on ...

They think being in poverty is an affliction and just the fear of no money probably keeps them from getting comfortable with any breathing room they have ...

I share their belief that wealth is power and the only way to get those is through self improvement ...

Well no, the only reason I use such simple logic is people Americans don't know how to have actual conversations without it leading into an argument or an excuse to blame white people for everything wrong that has ever happened.

Lots of Asians were rich and high class immigrants in recent years. Just as many of the white people were. Meanwhile all the other minorities were either A. killed off, B. forced to come here or C. immigrate in small numbers.

When you write an OP like tyhat you can't expect a better response.

it's not just that.  Look at the refugees from Vietnam, do you think they were rich and high class?  They came here with nothing and made something great of it  Many cities incuding where I live have small communities of them, and they almost always start small businesses and work harder than everyone else.  Many people were racist against them at first in the 1970s and 1980s but they proved themselves over time.  My grandma adopted one of them and he came here at age 15 from a poor family in a war ravaged country and coudn't speak any English and now he's a rich man, he did better than anyone else in that family by far.

The model minority stereotype is extremely racist. Lots of Asian minority groups have issues that don't get the attention they deserve.
