Its still not at the level where you can really use it for gameing yet.

3DS is soon getting replaced.

All this fear mongering about emulation needs to stop.

The impact from this is going to be minuscule.

It's still stealing dude, taking $5 worth of stuff from a store is still wrong even if it's not enough to really hurt the business. I could kind of justify emulation before last gen when the only other way to play old games was to actually own the original system and game but chances are all of these games are going to be on the nx eshop in a few years and the same goes for the Wii u and 360, you have no excuse anymore

PC emulators don't have QA. They would never be released in the state they are in if they were retail products.

The frame rate still sucks shit ...

Just saying, emulation isn't illegal if you own the software. So basically, any accusations rely on the honor system.

The 3DS, just like the Wii suffer from its low res.Their games actually have pretty assets, but they can't be appreciated properly because of its resolution.This is why I love emulation, they allow us to play the games just like the developers intended them to be, but couldn't show it because of hardware constraints.

That is probably because Nintendo games in particular tend to have the framerate determine gamespeed. So it isn't that you have fewer frames to refresh which causes stuttering, but the actual game-speed depends on the framerate. 

That wasn't suggested in their sales projections for the console a few weeks back, that aside though, the suggestion that the people who will make use of this emulator are in the majority owners of the software they're playing is laughable.

That said... the Mario 3d land looks amazing upscaled, if that does become playable perfectly I might well look into it for my media PC to replay through that game on my 42in compared to the XL screen.
