I've died a shit ton but holy crap is this really fun.

Good lord this one is difficult. Lots of fun though. I feel like the people comparing it with Souls are being kinda lazy.

When I read first impressions on GAF and people talked about Ninja Gaiden I got excited.
Then i played it..ugh

its really bad.

it's definitely no Ninja Gaidan (thankfully - I can't play hectic games like that), but once you unlock more skills and use R1 to regain Ki after combos it plays a lot more fluent and less like Souls games (I like the deliberate Souls style though)

now I also killed the 2nd boss -  that one is quite a bit tougher because he has 4 lightning hits from above that do crazy dmg, so you better run once you see orange/red particles around your character

his 2 paw attacks are also quite nasty because they reach so far towards you, better dogde towards him if he does that

and he is vulnerable when he spews lightning from his mouth

the demo is not easy... ^^
