Not really, great game and definitely one of 5 best Wii U games and have great sales too. I personally enjoyed more in Mario 3D World than I did with Mario Galaxy.

Only problem I see is because is not so visible and people dont talk about it like they do with some other Wii U games, but that's probably because game was released in 2013. and from then we had many other great games.

I felt the same. It was missing that "magic" that Mario galaxy had.

64, Sunshine and Galaxy are waaaaaaay better

Another unpopular opinion, Sunshine is a massive turd. Worst Mario game by miles. Same and repetitive scenarios over and over again, awful camera, and it's actually the opposite of "fun". I'm a massive Mario fan, I was completely devastated when I played that game. 

I totally agree, one of my, if not my favorite platforming Mario games! I love that they have went to this style for 3D platforming instead of adventure types like Galaxy.

I agree it's my favorite Mario game tied with Mario 64.

I actually enjoyed Sunshine... mainly because I really love the beach enviroments.

I dont get why sunshine gets so much hate.

the game is amazing, every corner is a new thing to enjoy. still want that real 3d the mario tho :P

Agreed. Sunshine is easily the worst 3D Mario. Who on earth thought it was a good idea to go from the epic, varied worlds of Mario 64 to playing as a janitor on a beach resort.
