Forums - Music Discussion - Your fellow VGCharter Sharu singing - do you want to hear the songs?

Hi guys!

One of my hobbies is singing songs. I'm writing songs for a long time, singing it alone and with a band. Since I'm Russian, I'm singing it in Russian ;)

Today, i've written a new song, and strangely felt it needs English text.

Please listen to it, maybe you'd like it! Its a demo, vocals will be rerecorded. I know that my English is far from perfect, but at least I think its much better than your Russian ))

So the song is here on a SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/sharu79/we-gonna-fight

Not bad at all. I couldn't understand everything but that's not exactly uncommon with metal. It's a catchy tune.

Thank you! ))

When we singbin Russian, its important that text to be eady understandable. The same I heard in American country music. But in metal it gets not so important )))

You can try to listen some of my other songs on Soundcloud. But they all in Russian, so it would be hard to get the meaning!

Hey, that was very good to hear! I like this kind of music.

After listening to some of your other music, I have to say that I like when you sing with a lower pitch a lot more.  I don't know if that's because you're singing in Russian, though, or if you change depending on the song.  Could be my personal preference coloring my opinion, of course.

Some good stuff there, even if I can't understand it.  I like 'Lilyes Forever' in particular.  Gives me a Tom Waits vibe.

In fact, I prefer singing in a lower range now. Was singing high notes in my metal band in Murmansk. Wanted to try again in this new metal song. ))

One more new song. Looks good to me!
its in Russian, but I hope you'd like it!
Its called 'A Rainbow of Spring Drops'

For some reason, knowing this site I was expecting some wannabe pop / minaj type crap.

This was a pleasant surprise OP. Keep it up.

If I may add, listening to We gonna fight, with this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEGXFumwUQw = 3 epic minutes indeed.

For 'We gonna fight' I planned to make a music video with SFV footage )))
