Forums - Gaming Discussion - Solution to women's outrage over DoA Xtreme 3

You would get the issue if you were a woman and lived as such but since you ain't I kinda understand why you are so ignorant.

You know, it would be really insensitive for Square Enix to release Final Fantasy XV outside of Japan. I haven't played the game of course, but based on what I've seen, it's obviously just a load of fanservice for female gamers who want to stare at pretty boys driving around for 40 hours. Don't give me any of that "I enjoy the gameplay" garbage. You can only control one character, so you're obviously just playing it to visually harass these boys. Or do you think Square Enix blew that much on the game's graphics because they don't want players gawking at them?

Maybe you don't see a problem with men being abused in this matter. But that's because you're not a man, and are thus incapable of having a viable opinion. You monster.

Sorry if that sounded a bit hostile.

Love and tolerate.

It's hardly "women's outrage". Most women don't care. It's just the feminist infected media.

As for the manporn version. They could try it. Women don't buy that kinda stuff as much as men though. I doubt it would sell that much. They could put it in the same game maybe though!?

The problem with such an argument is that it makes it impossible to use any form of evidence to debunk claims. Basically, no reasoning or logic can go against it because apparently only women can talk about women.

It makes no sense at all. Literally no one is stopping anyone from making a fantasy game for women. No one. It's the women who sit down and cry

Funny thing is, the carachthers that are draw that have huge breats or animes that have some type of sexual meaning, even explicit ones, are also draw by woman in Japan. And its a big percentage. So his reasoning is wrong because, its woman themselves who creates the products.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Cory is a sex god
....that's all I have to say about this xD
Although a male version probably won't sell that much in japan, ironically enough I feel like it would sell pretty well in the west xD

As far as I heard, wasn't reason for giant outrage about this game was the fact that game is utter complete garbage in every single department?

So, I should be offended by rich guys in games?

Is the anger of women directed at the women in such products or rather the male creators and male consumers of said products?

You could be offended by rich guys (because they have it easy to get women), but what's more likely to be offended by as a man would be a game about women who drain men's wallets and run off without ever offering any kind of sexy time. Basically presenting men as nothing more than a resource whose only reason to exist is abuse and exploitation. Could make that game about buying clothes and shoes, the real important things in life. The scammed men end up on the streets and commit suicide, but not presented as a tragedy, but blatant mockery.

I think thats a bit of a false equivalency. Its not like these are games about having sex with women and leaving. While DoA is over the top with its fan service, its just about pretty girls fighting, or playing volleyball and whatnot.

It was an exaggeration on purpose.

I figured, but it became so hyperbolic that it lost all meaning.

Anyways, heres a gif of Scrooge McDuck...

Your post was difficult to respond to because I wasn't sure how much seriousness you expected based on the tone of your post.

Either 0% or 100%. I don't know how to handle anything in the middle xD

IDK what to post, but I would like to mention that both the artist and creator of Neptunia are women.

The best solution would be not to recognize it as an "outrage" in the first place. Very few women care about this sort of video games in general, while those who genuinely do care would never complain about such an essential part of Dead or Alive.

What these "issues" come down to is a few feminists looking to gain morality points and anti-feminist gamers looking to valiantly defend themselves against a threat that's blown way out of proportion. Both sides benefit from websites reporting on these issues and both sides benefit from people sharing and discussing this story.

The ones who benefit the most, however, are the websites who orchestrate this whole thing.
