Oh you mean inventions made by humans and not nature ?

#1 Crosbows because they're badass
#2 light plow because +coltivation; -deaths for the animals by fatigue---->+bigger herd---->+more food and animal derivates
#3 sedentariness because otherwise there wouldn't be farming...

Damn.... I forgot how much I love Strawberries.... and those other 2 are alright too.

Strawberries are extremely good because they let me cheat in case I was asked to be in a place with all of those three elements, if there are strawberries there has to be land, meaning that I have everything I need to survive :v

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

Within the vague area of this OP though how can you have Aeroplanes without the Fuel being harnessed first or even the printing press without Paper to print on lol.

Might as well just Answer "Transformation equipment to beings of pure energy", since it will be the iPhone of when it happens in terms of popularity and it suggests to acquisition of every invention required for it to have happened previously for it to exist on a list, much like the Aeroplane or Phone in your own list would.

What if I'm not a fan of the fuel being harnessed though?

As for the specific reason of why I picked aeroplanes, I picked them because I love to travel, and aeroplanes made travelling exponentially easier than before. The wheel I picked for its overall usefullness everywhere, and the printing press because I love books, in addition to the impact on society it had by making information and knowledge much more accessible (though in tandem with other things).

I mean, favourite is a pretty wide term.
