No phobias but first person horror games like outlast and p.t. Really freak me out. I love third person horror games especially ones like resident evil or evil within.
TV games don't trigger any of my fears in a way that I get out of my mind scared and unable to go on - that might change in VR.
I really really hated jump-scares when I was a kid. I remember having Duke Nukem 3D on the computer, and would stop playing whenever the green parasite things snuck up on me. It would literally terrify me.
Now though...I can force myself through them, but I'm still not a fan of jump-scares in any medium.

Not really, but as a kid I was so scared fo the resident evil games that I never finish one until I grew up.
I have a phobia of new, awful Sonic games.
Ask stefl1504 for a sig, even if you don't need one.
I hate bugs, but most time they are killable. So it actually becomes satisfying.
I hate real blood. Games do not animate blood correctly enough to make me stop playing though. Movie is another story like the trailer for the shining.
Dark Souls. A phobia of breaking my controllers and bankrupting myself...
Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).
If the game has a season pass.
