Xbox One Slim incoming!!!

That means we'll have Xbox One shipments in their Quarterly reports finally

I hope they extend the 360-compatibility program to Windows-PCs. Would be great if 360-games with small performance issues on the XBO could take advantage of a faster PC.

Well by time production contracts are finished and shelf stock are sold it will be close to if not 11 years which is around the same as PS1 and PS2 I think had just over 12 years.

Or maybe the PS2 was a better console for its time.

na that's not early. i would not compare the xb360 to gen7 consoles. i would compare it to gen8 consoles

the xb360 short of 11 years
the ps3 short of 9 years
the wii short of 7 years

so i don't think this is any kind of early

I don't believe Sony has come out and said they are stopping PS3 production, have they?

Just in Australia and New Zealand so far if I remember right.
