Wind Waker HD if we're including remasters, Splatoon if we're not.

It was really close call between them, Bayonetta 2 & Xenoblade Chronicles X, but WWHD is my favorite game ever and I've put nearly 300 hours into Splatoon, so those games have a bit more weight for me. xD

Mario himself isn't in the game though, which is what the OP is referring to.

Hard choice tween bayonetta, splatoon and donkey kong, but voted splatoon just because of how fun and intense the online can be.

Bayonetta 2 for me, though even if we counted Mario games, the wicked witch would still have my vote. ;)

Splatoon is the best game on the Wii U period.

Iam torn a part betwin Pikmin 3 and Splatoon (if Zelda WW HD was in poll i would have doubt between 3 games), but I choosed Splatoon beacuse its great totaly new IP.

TIL the only first party Nintendo title that I have for the Wii U without Mario is Donkey Country Tropical Freeze.

Nevermind, I have Pikmin 3 as well. I like Donkey Kong better though.
