Nearly made the cut/Honorable mentions: God of War Ascension, Dead Space 2, Batman Arkham Asylum, Assassins Creed 2, Darksiders.

Your honorable mentions are fantastic. Especially Ascension, which doesn't get much love from the fanbase, but I thought was a very good game.

OP should put a list of the games with how many votes each one got, would be a great indicator of the general tastes of people here.

And yes, the fear and death aspect was insane upon my 1st playthrough of Demon's, just like yourself. Especially Tower of Latria. I mean really, most of the levels in that game are some of my favorite designs ever, such as Boletaria, Shrine of Storms, and Latria. Wonderful, wonderful game. 

i've always thought they should remaster it and add that destroyed tablet in the hub as an extra area to visit. I always wondered why there was a destroyed tablet.

Oh, I hadn't Thanks! Okay now I think they should totally remaster it and add this area just for something new! Probably the only other thing I think would need changing is the last boss xD
