Hey guys! This week I tackled the first game in my favorite franchise, Ratchet & Clank. With the remake coming out...three days ago, how does the first one hold up? Let's find out!

Also, if the upload quality is still sub-HD, I'm hoping it finishes processing soon. I spent threw hours today troubleshooting Vegas Pro because it cut out JUST the last two minutes of audio and I couldn't keep Vegas open long enough to fix it. I had to splice stuff in using YouTube's editor and it dropped he video quality, so my apologies on that for the time being

Great review. In the last few months I bought and played the original trilogy (PS2 games) on my ps3 for the first time. I've played and loved all the ps3 games.

I was surprised how good they were and absolutely loved them all. I've completed the ps4 re imagining today and loved it to bits.

I'd probably give them all a 9/10. Such platforming perfection!

It's a great series to binge if you enjoy the first game or two. I tried once to do a full series binge but I got stuck on one game because I'm simply not a fan. But I'll get there with time!

Glad you're enjoying the remake. I'll spoil my review of it a bit and say I absolutely loved it. It's got some issues but it's a wonderful anniversary game (even if it's not actually an anniversary for the series).

Not really much I can say. I enjoyed it all the way through. Maybe you could have been a bit more concise, and I still don't like the live parts preferentially, but the review as a whole was very enjoyable.

After playing the reboot, I have to say I am thankful as hell for Insomniac. The reboot managed to ALMOST be the same game, but with SO MANY tweaks, modernizations and a completely new engine. I was blown away. Nearly superior in everyway.

That being said, I LOVED the original game, and have been a fan since the beginning. The reboot just made me feel like a kid again. Absolutely stellar.

I'm having a blast with the game. It's my first Ratchet & Clank. The visuals and play mechanics are spot on perfect. Hoping they use this engine and assets to make more.
