No. There's only 3 members of the justice league in that movie and the Justice League hasn't even been formed. WB has a lot of flaws, including that of allowing directors to have more or less total creative control.

As I said before, you are free to believe that Disney is happy, in your own world.

it's titled, "Batman v Superman: DAWN OF JUSTICE".  it has ALL The members of the justice league in it (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Aquaman, and The Flash.  IT's totally a justice league movie, it even says so in the title, as the dawn of the justice league.  the first Justice League movie.
