It's trying to stop people who are born male from going into the female bathrooms yes, but with this law meaning people who may look male have to go in the female bathrooms the people who are born male can pretend they were born female, it solves nothing xD

It just means both bathrooms can have people in them that look like both men and women.

My biggest question is why people care so much for gender.

 

It only started during this century(especially towards the end of the 2000's). Am I the only one who just doesn't care at all for what gender I am? 

 

I never cared much for it at all. I live about my life doing whatever the hell I want, not caring if something is "manly" or "girly"

While I'm an iffy on this subject, I know one thing for sure- bathrooms and sports make a difference.

 

The National Basketball and Football Associations divide by gender(well, NFL doesn't have women) due to the biological differences between men and women.

 

As for bathrooms, the only reason I'd hate for intersex restrooms is because many women take long to use the bathroom. I typically prefer stalls, and I know women tend to take longer than men to use the restroom. of course, I know someone will come and say, "not all women!". Yes, I know that. Same how when I criticize men for their godhorrible aim, I don't mean all men.
