- I'm very sick right now, so won't go into much detail regarding descriptions for this month, sorry.

- DQMJ3 was indeed the best selling game of the month and it's also now the best selling game of the year, though the game sold considerably worse than what I expected, I mentioned last time about the game possibly selling a million units, and well, that's now happening. Apart from that Yokai Watch, Pokken, The Division and Dark Souls III all sold well, it seems that Dark Souls reached it's peak sales potential with II but sales for III are good nonetheless, Star Ocean underperformed, but it's not really all that bad.

- On harware the PS4 was once again the best selling system with a pretty healthy margin, it's also #1 on the YTD race and that's not changing, not surprising either. What is surprising however is that the Vita outsold the New 3DS XL for the month and just barely edge it out on the YTD race, that's bound to change by next month but it's surprising anyway.

- When comparing results to the same month last year it's mostly negative once again harware sales for everything except the New 3DS LL are down and are also down year on year and of course hardware sales as a whole are also down. Things aren't so bad on software though as the 3DS, PS4 and Wii U all moved more software than in March 2015, the home consoles are also heavily up year on year on software sales, mainly the PS4 though they're not recouping the loss of PS3 software sales yet.

Expect a big drop in sales from March. Regarding the best selling game of the month, it's between Yokai Sangokushi and Kirby: Planet Robobot, it really depends on weather or not the newest Yokai Watch game is leggy or not and on how high Kirby opens, without seeing the second week for Yokai Sangokushi it's difficult to tell though, right now my money's on Kirby but it's difficult to tell. Best selling hardware should be the PS4.

But wow ps4 #1 and now it's taken the YTD #1 too. What an amazing year it's turning into.

Great year for Playstation (software and hardware)!!!

Surprised to see DQM so low. The remakes are selling faster and better than Joker 3 which is new. Interesting.

How long till PS4 catches Wii U?

I'd be surprised if it doesn't outsell it by the time FFXV releases.

April will be cruel for all. But at least may should be a bit better than usual.

Pretty boring months ahead until YW3 and FFXV. Any other big games on the horizon to spice things up?

Interesting numbers for DQMJ3. I wonder what it all means!

I think that SE is really diluting the brand with all of these spinoffs releasing so close to each other, and I don't think they marketed the game enough either (I believe the first gameplay was shown about a month before it released?).
