Well the PS4K will play the games in better perforamnce so thats not an advantage anymore. Games are not cheaper on PC, you cant sell them or borrow them

I would wait till E3. I got really disappointed when I bought a Wii U and Nintendo started to ignore it after just 2 years and if there is a PS4 revision the same could happen, with the producers moving their projects to a more powerful hardware and the original PS4 starting to be ignored. Sure, the games can be compatible with both hardware, but we know that there is a huge risk of these games performing way worse on the normal PS4.

This argument is always erroneous. Try playing RAC, UC4, MLBTS, GOW, Horizon or GT on your PC. Power is all most PC owners seem to care about.

The PS5 Exists.
