At least PS4 run the majority of games at 1080p, with good textures e pretty graphics for a next gen console. Is the best option that we have on the market.

Here's a better question, "would you not play a game because its 720p?"

I don't mind it because the game that do it generally look or run really well. If higher resolutions was crucial I'd buy a PC.

Yes, it's fine by me. I can notice the difference, but only when I get really close to my TV. Usually I sit about 3 metres away though, so it doesn't matter.

Is this thread about which console has the most 1080p games?

The real question is 720p a deal breaker? Regardless how interesting a game looks would you not play it due to 720p resolution?

It's fine. Resolution is just one small piece, not just of the game but of the presentation. We could have 4k games that look like rubbish. Doesn't make them superior. I'd take 1080p over 720 if there was a reasonable option though. 

So long as the game tells me a good story or it's insanely fun, idk.

Depends In my opinion i prefer FPS and lucky for me i found this dinosaur TV.

I prefer 1080, but there are games running at 720 that are graphically excellent. It's mostly acceptable.

Thankfully resolution has come a long way since Leonardo davinci's days. Humans have been missing out on the Mona Lisa smile for centuries!

Not anymore no, especially unacceptable in today's games which use ton of effects and filters, becomes blurry.

720p is only okay with older games which don't use as many effects and in turn look sharper. Playing Outrun 2 on the Xbox 360 emulator at 480p upscaled to HD looks better than most 720p last gen games.

Thanks to PS4 I haven't played in 720p in a long time.
