Definitely no shortage of good ps2 games. I have so many fond memories with persona 3 and 4 and Dragon Quest 8 its insane.

Yep agreed. Maybe I am just getting old. I've been loving my Wii U. I also recently started playing through some retro-inspired games like Shovel Knight, Axiom Verge and am excited to play Hyper Light Drifter.

I just replayed GTA 3. The PS4 version. It's still very much a PS2 game though. I found it VERY hard to go back, just on a technical level. I was literally like: "What the **** is this? Is this how GTA 3 looks?" It took a while, but I eventually got over it, and was able to fully enjoy it. Would not be able to go back to PS2 on a large scale, but certain games from specific genres would be easy to enjoy. Like the Dark Cloud games. Totally happy with the PS4 and Vita. I haven't touched my PS3 in years really.

Yea i dont really care about graphics i think many ps2 games still look amazing.

Wish I could go back and do that. I sold my PS1 and PS2 years ago. ( to some kids, they seemed pretty excited with the console and games I through in with it)

Wel to be honest the "nostalgic"  excuse is getting a bit lame as i mentioned iam not re playing my older games i want to play all the games i never played yet heared so many goof things about it.

I love deep jrpgs and frankly there are not that many on the consoles anymore.

Played lotr trotk,awesome looking action game and one of the best movie to games games,captures the spirit of the movie almost perfect.

Now playing quake 3 arena loved that game back in the day.

Now for a jrpgs,hmz maybe ys!

Yep, my PS2 collection is tied withe my PS3 collection for the biggest, and I play the PS2 far more than any other console that I have.

Started with Arc the lad twilight of spirits

Game starts of interesting i like the main character.
Outstanding music and quit good and clear graphics.
Shame there is no world map you can explore but the battle systems seems interesting, 2hours into it now.

It has 7 SMT games (including Persona) so I'll be getting one eventually because I can't miss out on that!
Plus the Xenosaga games.
