The Demo is a bit of story that isn't included in the final game afaik, so it's possible that they developed it whenever they had time to and didn't improve it because they know that it's just a demo so they won't get any revenue from it...

OT: Isn't this essentially unused Alpha assets being thrown together by a small side team purely to put out a demo? That explains away most of the issues just fine, it's not like this is taken straight from the final build.

Are people really this fussy and mardy about their games that stupid petty details like resolution make the difference for them? Honestly I'm glad I'm not that fussy about the games I play, the demo was a pleasant play for me, just a little experience with the game and I'm really looking forward to it now, the characters, story and world all seem interesting and I can't wait to get stuck into it. If it drops to 900p or Lower I probably won't even notice and it definitely won't faze me in the slightest.

We don't need a PS4K, we need a PS5, just need to wait a little long with this, FF, aways was a Tech Showcase for the console it was on, was this with FF 7, 10, 13, and so on, they aways had thos challenges, their Team does not need a Stronger Hardware, this is just a Demo, that isn't a part of the game.
PS4K, is just a Rumor and will not came out, because would be a stupid move from Sony, and they know that, their Stupidness's level already reached the Maximum when they launched PS3, for 600US$, this will not happen again.

yeah great so i can rebuy Final Fantasy XV the remastered version for 60€ again on PS5.
PS4K isnt a rumor, Sony isnt saying anything about it and let all these sites spreading information. If it would be just a rumor they would have come out and denied it
