I'm expecting feminists to bitch about something

We already have people complaining that there isn't enough non-whites, the regressives will probably find something gender-related to complain about

A nice cleavage. Nothing else much.

Hunting Season is done...

Not much, but not because I don't have faith in the movie or Gal Gadot is just that I'm keeping my expectations low.

She needs to build some muscle. Be bigger.

She put on 17lbs for BvS. This gives you an idea of just how rail thin she was in the first place. I don't know if she can get much bigger. Wonder Woman was woefully miscast in my eyes. She has no muscle tone. She looks like a fashion model in cosplay.

Hollywood just cast Scarlett Johansen in Akira to play a Japanese woman and the film's producers were experiementing with a technology to make white actors appear a "little" more Asian.

Some of the shit that Hollywood takes is well warranted, especially when its clear audiences have no problem accepting movies with non-white actors. The Jungle Book is going to open to a monstrous weekend and it's an Indian kid, Star Wars did well with a black lead, Fast & Furious does huge business with a mixed ensemble mixed cast.

Regarding a Wonder Woman movie ... eh ... I dunno. I think Warner Bros. has it backwards now trying to go to an origin movie anyway. Gadot is OK, but I don't really buy her as very charismatic and I think the "vanilla superhero origin" story is starting to get stale.

Deadpool was successful in the sense that it took the superhero origin concept and put it completely on its head.

Keep this song in the OST. I wasn't the biggest fan of BvS, though I must say I liked it. Snyder's films doesn't seem to do well for critics, but they do fine for me (except Man of Steel, I don't really like it). But Wonder Woman introduction was chilling for me. And I think Gal Gadot was fine in the role, so I have no problems with her repeating her part.

While on its own the bit of music was OK, but for me this was easily one of the worst/most awkward moments in BvS ... all of the sudden there's randomly electric guitar in the score when the score had nothing like that before, lol ... it was just a bad choice I think.

I get what you say, and you're totally right about being awkward, but the movie, even if I liked it, has a non-sensical storytelling, it was incoherent, and I just see it as a collection of cool moments lol. I'm not gonna lie, I appreciate it for what it really is, though it doesn't make a lot of sense as a movie. So, taking her introduction as a separate "cool moment", I loved it. I really can't find coherence in the movie, so, I wasn't looking for coherence in the OST. I know, it might be a bit mindfuck, but I think you can get the picture lol. I really think that they really had to cut lots of scenes from this movie. It's missing a narrative flow.

Bumping the thread 14 months later now that the movie is out.
After having seen it, all I can say is this:

What the hell are you guys doing here, reading this comment?
GO WATCH IT! NOW! IT'S FANTASTIC!

Yep, it's pretty great. I really enjoyed it.
