Website DSOGamming reported here that SquareEnix seemed to run the Demo on PC during the Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV event, since the controller they used (Logitech F310) is not compatible with neither the PS4 nor XBone. - thx Chazore

Also, GameStop FFXV ad lists PC release. Nothing much to it. We already knew which one is going to be the far superior version of the game, the question is if it's going to be available on the same day as the consoles.

The PC version shows as "digital only". Not shiny retail box for PC gamers.

Why wouldn't they have confirmed at the event where it would have gotten alot of attention?

been leaning towards PC gaming a lot more now an days anyway. but, that Ultimate edition on ps4 looks wicked. temptation is high.

That's probably a mistake on Gamestop's part, SE still hasn't announced any plans yet for PC ...

This is a typo and not yet official. lol There might be a PC version but I wouldn't expect it this year or the next.

They propably don't know if they can finish the PC version in time, so yeah.

I don't even know why they are making a Xbox One version, when Japense games often sell far better on PC anyways.

Yup. This is Gamestop, mistakes are going to be made. But which one is the mistake, accidentaly including the PC logo or outing the PC version? Regardless, I believe the PC version is coming eventually. It's more of a question of when.

Some like to do this and then save a heap of silly marketing later on for a PC version, just look at how EA and Ubisoft have tried their hand at hamming up PC ports, it's hilarious.

Seriously though, XV on PC is a given at this point, it would be silly as hell to port over all the otherr FF titles but not the upcoming one and then just spit in the face of all the previous effort they've put in for the platform, my guess is they are holding off and pulling an EA/Ubisoft to drum up seperate hype and use their form of marketing.

It will probably be released a little bit after the other versions. why? I don't know. The game would sell really well on pc and make them a lot of money.
