cultural appropriation always happens and is usually healthy imo (as it lets different cultures over time understand and appreciate each other), some few forms may be hurtful/wrong, especially if holy or sentimentally very important symbolism is taken and trivialized/brought into derision though

a hairstyle isn't one of those, and dreadlocks were used throughout history and by many many different cultures so claiming only people of color are allowed to have them ofcourse is ridiculous
