I had some fun with DmC, the same cannot be said for Resident Evil 6.

Man, the ONLY thing that was pretty much wrong with DmC is the main character design. I didn't like him. The game was actually pretty well done on a technical and artistic level. Great stages and bosses. I'm currently looking for the PS4 definitive edition for the 60fps.

RE6, all the way, was just absolute ***p!!!

They don't seem dead? They can literally have their heads blowj off and still function! And you don't know what a regenerator is? When did you give up playing RE 4?

The hate about DmC is ridiculous, that game is really good.

I never understood the hate on DMC. The game is good, the level design was great and the gameplay was fun. Just because the main character looks and acts different doesn't mean the game is in any way bad.

They are special zombies. Just because they aren't controlled by a virus, doesn't make them not zombies. And since you didn't play RE 4 that long, what gave you the right to judge it didn't have zombies? Some regular zombies appear later on in the game.

Devil May Cry was great in my opinion.

Yet again people are side skirting DmC's actual flaws for saying it was hated because of the character designs (which it did have terrible character designs, but that's besides the point).

How about 30fps in a hack and slash? What about no taunt button? What about no lock on? What about the incredible ease of the game both in combat mechanics and game difficulty? Texture pop ins were also a big issue that weren't a problem in DMC4 which released 5 years prior.

The remaster... whatever... fixes some of these issues, but there are still glaring flaws if you love the hack and slash genre that don't get addressed, and having to release a game 2 times in my opinion just shows how flawed the game actually was.

DmC isn't just a bad DmC, it's a terrible hack and slash made a little less terrible in the remaster. It's like saying FF XIV was a great game, when you are really talking about A Realm Reborn. XIV was a freaking disaster.

DmC gets the vote, and may God have mercy on its soul.

DmC was at least fun. RE6 was ridiculous. Almost unplayable.

DmC was pretty awesome. Would have liked less platforming or whatever it was, but the combat was pretty fun. Game was pretty stylish too.

Only played the demo for RE6, but I wasn't a fan.
