Yeah, I thought it'd help combat my negativity of late to try to make some positive threads.

If you're doing this, you should at least add a screen shot for every game you list. Without them your threads look like poor afterthoughts.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

As a kid I played through and beat Solar Jetman and The Guardian Legend. Great games. Solar Jetman was hard as hell.

Yeah... Solar Jetman was a challenge especially near the end.. and if you crash with the golden Warpship in the final level even once, it is Game Over for the whole game.

The Guardian Legend is one of my fav NES games of all time. But I think the guys here are talking about most advanced technology or at least about best looking to the eye games.

The Guardian Legend is still my top favourite game on the NES. It also pushed the NES to the limits and what could been shown on the screen. It was so much that the screen was already flickering, because it couldn't render all the stuff at the same time.
