To me, it's kinda unbelievable that these fellow gamers would flip out like that over a game then destroy a bunch of their stuff (in some cases, other people's things). What do you think of 'em? Are you like them? Do you laugh at them as I do? Are you somewhere in the middle?

Boogie2988 aka Francis is in the first video.  He's in his Francis character, which is entirely an act.  Wouldn't be surprised if some of the rest of that isn't on the level as well.  Sorry heh.

I doubt that most of them are fake but they're funny whatever the case.

In the first video the only one I think that is real is the DDR keyboard guy.

I have broken many things while gaming. Gaming is serious business!
Mouse not working right, used to take a hammer to it.
Keyboard messing me up, used to bang it until the keys came off.
Game pissing me off, GT3 disc smashed for brain dead AI, stick broken off GC controller, several ps3 controllers broken, one crumbled to pieces, broke a wii mote in 2, effing waggle crap.

I'm much better nowadays. Don't game while stressed! Or be careful what game you pick.

It's kinda embarrassing, but when I was a kid I broke my first GameCube because I couldn't complete Pikmin 2. I threw the thing and when I plugged it again of course it didn't work, it wouldn't read the discs.

There's been a bunch of times where I wanted to smash my controller, but I'm still rational enough to not want to spend $50-$60 for another controller, so I usually just throw it onto the couch or smack it a bit.

I've been pretty much out of my minds mad at some specific games before like Soul Calibur 2 (those challenges), Uncharted 2 (hated the boss fight) or Bloodborne (cursed and defiled chalice, esp. Amygdala), but never enough to actually destroy something - afaik the most dmg I did is some chipped off plastic from a controller.
Usually some kicks/punches at the air or a pillow are enough to calm me down.

Lol, one of them is Francis, so that one doesn't count.

Personally, I have gotten mad like that on games like Splatoon and Mario Maker, but not enough to break anything. I'm not that stupid to break 100s of dollars of goods just out of rage. On the rare times I got pissed, I just punch a pillow or my bed. Saves my stuff and my hands... It's probably more comical to see me get angry from a game.

I've had worse times almost breaking my things falling asleep while playing...

Most of those will be fake IMO.
