I was tired of both my regular anime forum and Destructoid. I came here after someone linked the sales information during a fight about who would finish in "3rd place". While reading a few threads, I came across a huge Xbox fan who was REALLY, REALLY WRONG ABOUT STUFF. I could not let such a thing continue.

I can't remember his name anymore but I think he had an image of the Halo guy as his avatar. Does that help narrow it down?

LOL. Its great to learn of such passion.

I was on the Gamespot and Gametrailers forums before this place. My time here slowly started to eat away at my time on Gametrailers. The topics here were less repetitive as well.

Around the Network

I searched for sales numbers because I was curious and stumbled across this site and forum. At first, I didn't really check the forum, but I eventually started to read through some of the forums and found some really nice users on this forum that I would like to read what they said. I even thought that if I ever made an account, I would like to be friends with them eventually (and I'm glad to say that I was able to eventually befriend them all, and find many other users that are just as great)

Funny thing is that I would not check the Nation threads because they were so massive, it was hard for me to follow (since I did not check them daily) but here I am now :p

Rol, Cap'n Yuri, and Cone made it look fun. Plus there were topics on here that interested me and where I wanted to correct people on

I saw an article in a magazine quoting hardware numbers, so I looked up the source and here I am.

There was a thread and someone said some wrong info so i corrected the person.

I was bored and the forums here seemed accessible enough.  Stayed (if you can call it that with how active I am) for the friends I've made in the community

I would come to VGC to track sales for certain games from time to time, when the gamepro forums went down I joined the Sega forums and N4G, after realizing those weren't working out I figured why not look around here. After seeing some really interesting Halo 4 sales threads I decided to join.

Truth be told I remember lurking on and off as early as 2014 when i was just checking game numbers.
Last year I remember Ka-pi complaining about FF not being turn based anymore and that was the tipping point so I made an account and was exceptionally neutral in my first ever post haha

Destructoid huh? That's where I make my "online home" so to speak. What made you tired of it if you don't mind me asking?

I'm pretty sure it's sales2099 isn't it?
