Yeah got It a while ago think it's called the NBN , one of the first people in the country to get on it , the carrier pigeons where upset.

But that's progress Australian style going from using Link's postman to pigeons to the NBN.

I'm not sure of the actual dates but iirc it was first projected to to be 90% complete around 2018.
With the Libs doing it piece meal your cable will most likely end 5km up the road, and you will receive a package containing two cans and a very very long piece of string , with this message attached no other country has this technolgy, love Malcom.
