I feel like you don't understand how these values are determined.  

They aren't decided mostly by how much they think the damages are worth, but often by how much it would hurt those they are taking from.

I understand. This and several racial comments is why Hogan was released from the wwe recently. I doubt he would have made even 50 million in that time since though but I can see how it would hurt him business wise going forward.
