How on earth cab something not be up for pre orders already it the date and price are announced. I can predict order Zelda U, Horizon Zero Dawn etc but not PSVR in US what kind of BS is that.

I'm waiting for them to combine this bundle with a PS4 to take it.
I think they could do it for 750$.

the enthusiasts already have camera/moves or could easily buy them for cheap

Turning a 'want' into a 'need' is sometimes reliant on getting less than others.

They likely have stats on canada having less cameras and decided to allocate the stock to the US.
