Hah, this chap of Aharen-san is basically the story of my life currently, at least whenever I go out, haha. Gotta be looking for those rare mon xD

Also, it's pretty funny how this chapter uses a old trick with a lvl 1 rattata...

It's kind of nifty when you can tell what games the manga staff is play.

I read the latest D-Frag chapter last night ...

Dang, now that is up to date, more so than the Pokemon one I posted, haha.

I've seen D-Frag sometimes at the manga site I frequent, but haven't given it a read before. What's the story on this one?

I don't even know how to describe D-Frag.  It's completely over the top and silly.  It's mostly one of the characters saying or doing something ridiculous and the main character doing a "tsukkomi."  The situations just get more and more crazy.

The main character, Kazama, kind of wants to be a delinquent and make a name for himself.  Of course, things go haywire when he meets the girls of the "Game Creation Club (Temp)."  They're all amazing and also fruit loops.  They force him to join and then crazy stuff happens.

Roka is the small blonde who leads the club.  Her element is fire (but not really).  The advisor's element is lightning (she uses a stun gun).  Takao is the girl who leads the real game creation club.  She is a rival of Roka.  She's the one with the braid.

I guess the easiest way to understand it is to watch a few clips from the anime.

Yeah, that's basically what I got when I read the 1st chapter, and I wasn't sure what to make of it. The anime looks really fun though. I'd like to give it a watch sometime xD

Also, I picked up this manga recently, called While Killing Slimes for 300 Years, I Became the MAX Level Unknowingly. Yes, it's another Iseikai manga, but from what I read, it was cute and comedic. Especially with how the 3rd chapter went, I'm curious to see how this story will carry out.

The story goes, there's this 27 year old office lady who spends most of her life devoted to work to the point she dies from exhaustion. Due to her short life, she is given any requests she has for her next life. She is then reborn as a witch with immortality and a home, where she spends her days relaxing, making enough to get by, and fighting slimes. This goes on for 300 years, where she learns one day she is one of the strongest beings in the world. Wanting to avoid any conflict in her easygoing life, she wants to keep this information a secret, which doesn't go so well for her xD

You've really gotta be careful about hiring part-timers ...

I feel everytime I see this manga, it's improved from the last. I really need to get back into this one. That blonde girl is a really funny one xD

I love Tomo but Carol and Misuzu are the spice in the recipe.  They're both awesome characters who add so much to the manga.  The way they're designed to contrast against one another works so well.

I'm loving the "part-time job" arc.
