mass effect 3 and assassasins creed 3 were the best launch games, doesn't matter if they were ports.

Mass Effect 3 and Arkham City are probably the best games. I guess Mario wins for being a new game and an exclusive though. It was one of the better NSMB games too.

Arkham city is one of my favorite games ever on any console so I'm going with that. Darksiders 2 is also worth mentioning

ZombiU. It had its flaws, but in general it provided me an unique, challenging and fun experience. I will remember this game years from now, something that games like Batman Arkham City, Darksiders II or NSMBU cannot say.

Tekken Tag 2 and Nintendo Land would be close seconds...

I didn't buy it at launch, because I already had it on PC, and they didn't include all dlc or planned to support it with the new dlc. I still bought it years later when the price dropped, because the game is so good.
I think ME3 is better than the other games on the list.
