Looks far more gears of war like than the concept art. Good.
Hopefully the game lives up to its predecessors, I worry about the seemingly short Dev period

So we get brutal executions that vary depending on weapon and position to the enemy. Sounds awesome. Should provide much more variety than the original games where you just chop a guy up with the lancer.

These screenshots look amazing. The floor of the church looks good and the lightning effects are top notch.

Not a huge gears fan, but if it comes to PC I'll try to get back into the series.

This what I love about MS gaming approach, they push the game mechanic boundaries, even if the fans refuse modernize; they pull you into the future kicking and screaming.

Hell yes. Halo 5 has some of the best ever fps mechanics. This sounds another brilliant game.

I can't actually see environmental details enough to judge but the lighting and effects look really good.

I hope they use the mad world song again somewhere. That bit in Gears 3 made me sad. :(
