found this site in 2007 didnt join till 08 b/c you had to be a member to see the SW sales past top 50 didnt care about the forums when initially joined just wanted to see the rest of the numbers

soon after started posting and adding games to my collection aswell as to the database, was curious in the sales b/c ps3 was losing badly to xbox and wii then. i knew that the PS brand was the superior brand so i had to start posting and defending my brand after many owning threads we are here today all is right with the world and the sales numbers

why my activity has been down has nothing to do with the site or lack/lose of features ive grown older dont care much for sales since PS is on top, this site was kind of a fad for me at the time but still enjoy gaming to this day. i do lurk here and gaf aswell as browse gaming news sites

I blame Reddit! I used to come here much more often before I found that place.
Anyway I remember late 2008 and 2009! They were so crazy and fun back then. At least I think. I don't remember.

We lost a lot of Nintendo fans when Nintendo started losing their dominant position.

We lost a large chunk of MS fans during the great cull. That period when Sony took control again and things got too tense.

And we lost lots of Sony fans when a big chunk of the hardcore had a falling out with the site and migrated to vizioneck and elsewhere.

All we need to do to fix it is allow nsfw avatars and sigs everywhere. It will attract plenty of new users cause sex sells

Where are all the new users these days?? 2013-14 did really well for the site but the last year plus has really slowed down. Maybe Ka-pi needs to clone himself and go make some more accounts

They also had a falling out with the site like the ps fans did.

As someone who has a long time gf and is not sexually frustrated I'm glad the site cut out all that shit.  There was nothing worse than the days where I had to constantly look over my shoulder while browsing Vgchartz.

Update the site, get rid of the intrusive ads and don't hide features that should be part of the forum behind a paywall. O and ioi get his act together.
