10 long years have not dimmed this game's greatness.
It's still the most epic and evocative Zelda since Ocarina of Time, taking pretty much everything that made the 1998 classic so timeless and elevating it to the next level. The dungeons are absolutely masterful, the tone strikes a near perfect balance between dramatic and light-heartedly quirky, and Midna is still the franchises's best companion; her interactions are entertaining and never annoying, and her unpredictable yet adorably impish nature make her immensely likeable.
About the only complaint I have is the game's rather slow beginning. Other than that, it's pretty much a masterpiece.
...And that's playing the Wii version. :P I don't own it on Wii U, but I imagine the added features and sharper graphics don't exactly hurt it.
