The Xbox's pre-order to get the PC Version, i think that this will not count into the PC Sales, because you need to know where your money is coming, if the game sell only 1000 on PC, but sold 100000 PC Copies that was with the Xbox Pre-orders, the company would be wasting resources on the PC, while the Xbox one's users, was the ones that trully supported the game.
Or maybe they just mixed everything and now everything Windows Store, or Xbox One, sells goes to Windows 10's statistics.
