Looks like a fake to me. Nintendo never leaked anything and it will stay like this.
And do we know since when exactly Disney Art Academy was listed?

And the list show up on the Internet before they leak that news about disney art academy

This is the most believable of the leaks we've seen. By miles. This might be true, seems plausible.

EDIT: So, theorizing for fun and boredom

N-Stars could be some Amiibo-based dual release for WiiU/3DS. Not sure what to say about the others.

All those codename titles are beyond vague and really any game could fit that description so I think this leak is mostly made up
