Are you sure about that?

Because if it's true, Nintendo should think what they are doing, because I see a lot more ads from Sony than from MS and Nintendo combined.

It is.

That's US only, right?

I doubt the deal to sponsor the Champions League is included in those "paltry" 32 millions of Sony.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

It says "TV ad". There is a lot not included.

Hunting Season is done...

If all could make hardware.. all (or atleast most) earning would be made on games..

In that senario.. Nintendo would proberly earn more than double of MS+Sony (when only looking at videogames)

Playstation. Europe and growing RoW sales will make it happen.

Better to make their games for PC then.

I'd say Sony, with their current dominance in EU and great success in JP and USA.

This is essentially a question of which brand name logo would people prefer on their console. Maybe who could design the best looking console.

Sony would win because their name on Hardware stands for quality

I honestly think its more of a issue with "trust" , than precived quality.

I think the PS4 is the best "design" in terms of looks outta the 3.

Sony already tried that, Nintendo stabbed them in the back. Of course Sony would sell the most they have the strongest brand by far and many people don't buy a console for exclusives the best selling games are third party

So you are basically meaning a standard for Video Games, much in the same way as DVD players can play all DVD movies? Well that would be kind of cool but it would need online services and a UI. I believe Nintendo would benefit the most since they have a strong brand and suddenly could offer all the same games as the other two.
