I f***ing love [insert game company]!!

Forums - Gaming Discussion - I f***ing love [insert game company]!!

Now, I'm sure most of you know already but I'm a huge Sony fanboy. It goes beyond pure nostalgia and company allegiance, and into what kind of traits I respect in their organization...for playstation specifically.

Starting from the ps1, with the amazing demo cd containing tomba and that amazing gunship game, whatever that was, I've always felt like Sony just had such a good eye for quality titles. They've always been on the lookout throughout their market for new opportunities and cool ideas.

Some of the most innovative games I've ever played have been on ps. But I digress.

What's simply amazing to me is how they handled the kojima situation. Say what you want about kojima, but you have to admit that PT was so well marketed and distributed. Sony knows how to play into their fans tastes.

Anyway, it just blows me away how they picked up kojima, and now kojima is snapping pics and having meetings with the two major film players involved in the canceled silent hills.

This isn't to say that ps is better than competitors, but to me, Sony just handles gaming so well.

Fanboy gushing over.

So, what other events would you say had a huge impact on you in gaming? Ninty or xb, whatever. Share your gush.

I fucking love Capcom. Gaming would be so boring without their games and franchises (well, minus Monster Hunter, which can go die in a fire >:D).

You don't like MH!?!?!

I gotta hand it to capcom though, they've made so many amazing games. Truly one of the greats. It used to make me wet when I saw that delicious logo pop up before a game.

No, not really. I find Monster Hunter to be incredibly...boring, and poorly designed. xD

Capcom's legacy is not to be underestimated. They've made truly incredible games, which have also made entire generations crave in anticipation for them. Sure they aren't good at respecting their own legacy, but it is nonetheless amazing that such company still lives to this day and its able to pull some genuine gems from time to time. Or make everyone hyped about the next Street Fighter entry, at least.

I'm going to have to say that I fucking love Capcom as well.
Naughty Dog, BioWare, and Nintendo are up there high by their side.

BTW I fucking LOVE Konami and I'm a huuuge MGS fan. Oh wait? FUCK KONAMI!
