Well the Wii U has 12ml and 3ds 58ml so thats already like 70ml if they force you to make an account on both systems. So if the mobile games and the NX is successful i could see them reaching over 100ml  by the end of the year. 

If they want 100 million users, they really need to have more than 16 available countries. Just let everyone sign up already, I wouldn't care one bit if the account was in English, in fact I would prefer it.

I just hope this thing will account for pre-existing digital purchases as that's how I had to get half of my 3DS library due to stock shortages.
