You are one of the main reasons why Trump has been so successful in the first place, but I guess inventing evils and making big deals out of non-issues just to be able to combat them and have something to fight for, is one of few things keeping left-wing political movements relevant in this day and age.

Well, I am a liberal, not socialist :). And I don't care if me calling him a xenophobic fascist gets people to flock around him, as long as I stand by my opinion instead of adjusting to peoples prejudice. A person who want to deport 11 million human beings, who want to ban people of a specific religion and make broad assumptions of Mexicans, is a xenophobic fascist. He can still claim that he want to ban Muslims because of the crisis in the middle east, but its still fascism and xenophobia.

I would prefer we decide Mexico has run its course and make it the 51st-55th states. They could use a little freedom law and order.

Trump is appealing to Americans. That is my theory. He desires power and wealth, so he is most likely exaggerating his viewpoints to make it easier for him to gain immense power..

You say you're a liberal, but what your comments from the Sweden thread say otherwise...

And you do know that phobia means an irrational fear, not a fear. Considering what has been going on in the Middle East (and the MENA region, in general), Germany, and Sweden, the concern is rather valid. If you want to use the word xenophobia, apply it in the correct context rather than using it as a buzzword for character assassination.
