When you say console exclusive you mean PC+PS4 right? No PS3+PS4 games (like Persona 5)?

Yes, but I could be influenced to change it.  There are some good PS4 + 

I vote we include them. Partly because the PS4 version is usually the most relevant, but mostly so i can make 25 accounts and ruthlessly destroy anything that isn't Persona 5.

Yes, but I could be influenced to change it.  There are some good PS4 + Vita releases.

Considering you have Star Ocean 5 in the list, which is a PS4+PS3 games, I'd definitely suggest to add Persona 5. Other games I'd say are:

No Man's Sky
WiLD
Detroit: Become Human
Rime
Final Fantasy VII Remake
World of Final Fantasy
Street Fighter V
Ni No Kuni 2
Paragon
NieR Automata

I think there are more noteworthy upcoming PS4+PC games coming than PS4+PS3, so I would say just make some exceptions (i.e. Star Ocean 5 and Persona 5) for anything worth nomination that's releasing on PS4+PS3.

FF VII R may not be a console exclusive, it was announced to be first on PS4, it may be PS4+PC but it also may come to another console, we still don't know for sure if it's exclusive.

I know but until it does we should use it before we can't anymore for these types of games lol.

Tales of Berseria (It's PS4+PS3+PC, but it's only coming to the west on PS4+PC)
Yakuza 6
Umbrella Corps
Alienation
