You don't need to 'hack' Wiki pages though. Everybody can make these kind of changes. Only a handful of pages are locked to registered users.

Anyway OT yeah can happen, just a click of a button to revert any vandalism though so no biggie. Just some drunk guy who thought he was funny or something.
