What would be more appropriate numbers, particularly for the market leader?

It is probably at 250k... If not it is very close.  Also the market leader had the lowest drop from the holidays, despite selling so much. Which manages the PS4 to be the only console up YoY.

i saw it sine the 9th jan week, that ps4 is overtracked.

So why the Xone should loss 2/3 off here sales from 2. jan to 9. jan if the ps4 losses only the half......

its makes no sense

XB1 was down alot because of its price increase, no shit. Should've just left it at 299...



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

But the first half of the last january the Xbox One,  was not 400US$, and got a 350US$ Permanent price drop, in the second half ?.

January 2016 NPD will be forever known as the straw that broke the camels back. And that camel is called the crap gamer.

It's pretty good for the ps4 to increase its lead in the US by over 100k. Especially for such a slow month.
