PS4 supposedly above XBO and Wii U combined, and the total amount of 8th gen home consoles sold was 402k. This necesarily means that the PS4 is over 201k. I mean, it's not like that surprises anyone, but ehh, that's what NPD's all about amirite? Always inching closer to the right numbers xD

Doesn't work out, cause XBO+PS4+Wii U is supposed to be ~402k, and the Wii U is below 48k.

Wait, so right after I returned to the sales game and learned last month that we were getting reliable data at long last from NPD again the mods at Gaf went and banned the guy for little to no reason? That sucks. I'd do an ultimately pointless boycott of reading NeoGaf from here on out if I didn't use adblock.

Oh well, back to the old grueling game of waiting for bits and pieces to painfully leak out.



Bets:

1. If the Wii U sells closer to 10 million LTD by 1/3/2015 I win. If it sells closer to 9.5 million LTD by 1/3/2015 OfficerRaichu15 wins (winner gets 2 weeks of avatar control)--Lost.

Doubt it. 225k vs 189k is not a impressive growth yoy. I think PS4 was close to 300k.

PS4 and One flat, Wii U down around 20%, PS4 overtracked by around 100% is quite the miss... Overall, the generation is proceeding according to expectation.
This will likely be peak years for One and PS4 and 15-20% drop for Wii U (and perhaps even more for 3DS).
