I wanted to create a list of major Nintendo series that haven't been announced yet for the Wii so I can get an idea of what might be coming out in the next two or three years.

I'll start it off: 

Starfox

Pikmin

Mario Tennis

Donkey Kong

Kirby

Animal Crossing(I think this might have been announced already)

Zelda(designed for the Wii)

Luigi Mansion

F-zero

Please add anything I missed. Which games do you think will come out in 2008 or 2009? 

I really hope for a new F-Zero. I think it would be next year if it happend. Yes, Animal Crossing has been announced. Nintendo have mentioned some of those games, lest hope we get them.

...any Ninty character (Peach, Daisy, Toad, Baby Mario, ...)

...any sports  'Mario' (Mario Hoops, Mario Boxing, Mario Golf, ...)

...any VC/SNES/NES game (Ice Climbers, Kid Icarus, Wrecking Crew, ...)

I suppose you can add Pokemon to the list.

Here a list of 2nd party gamecube games that were announce,but never made yet ..might come to the wii .

• Adventure Island will most likely never see a North America Release.
• Camelot RPG is still on, however no official confirmation was ever ever released.
• Car Combat (Thunder Rally) could one day make it to the Wii.
• Dead Pheonix is rumoured to be reworked for Kid Icarus, interestingly Capcom is reluctant to officially declare the game canceled.
• DK Bongo Blast could be reworked or canceled although it is believed to be heading to the Wii.
• Donkey Kong Racing was obviously canceled due to Rare leaving Nintendo, however there could be ideas for a future DKR title.
• Game Zero could possibly be on the Wii in the near future (after 2007).
• Kirby’s Adventure still remains a mystery that could be canceled or being remade for Wii.
• Kirby Tilt ‘n’ Tumble 2/Roll-O-Rama are most likely scrapped.
• Nintendo Pennant Chase Baseball will most likely never be released.
• Picassio will never make it on the Wii as the company beind it is now done for.
• Raven Blade doesn’t seem to be planned for resurrection, although ideas can be taken into a future Retro Studios game.
• Saffire is most likely not to make a return as it was officially canceled.
• Unity will most likely never return.
