I dunno, games are typically 60 when they release so I have a hard time thinking of it as they're charging extra for it. They don't have to offer wind Waker and the digital version of TP for 50, but they do and that's cheaper than a new game. Like I said, if they were charging 70 for it, I wouldn't even be making this thread.

The overwhelming majority of stand-alone remasters launch at less than $60 (since even if improved, they're ultimately still older games), so you shouldn't really use that as your reference point. Even $50 is on the higher end. Most release at $30 to $40.

Agreed. Or as well priced trilogies/collections like the Ratchet&Clank Trilogy, Sly Trilogy, ICO/SotC HD, MGS collection, Halo MCC, Nathan Drake Collection...

who says you want to buy dlc or amiibo in the first place? day 1 dlc is bad

I don't see an issue, the game costs exactly the same as any other Nintendo game we get charged for here lol.

Hell I doubt I will even use the amiibo but will look cool as part o the collection in the box.

For the Sony enthusiast, you sure love and care more about Nintendo than your own PS4 eh?

But I do agree games these days should be made properly and not broken on launch. Even dlc prices are getting ridiculous lately.

Ok...

the amiibo content varies between games. in this case, you get an awesome looking figurine, it unlocks additional content to an already completed game, and thats all for no extra price

How can people buy amiibos, that's a useless piece of plastic, our earth is well contaminated from plastics already, don't buy that shit. At least other company's dlc are just bits.

The amiibo is not free and there's no excuse for Nintendo's bad practices just because other companies does.

It doesn't deserve any respect for that.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

But perhaps god/Gaia/the universe wanted this plastic and our main purpose to exist is producing plastic for Mother Earth:

The planet is fine, the people are fucked. ;)

They kind of crossed a line, when selling quick menu loading, as DLC. Has anyone done that before? One: The digital copy is being screwed over, with the bonuses. Two: When they drop the bundle, in the future. Do people have a right to complain then? I'm also complaining, because I want a standalone physical version. I really don't want to purchase something I don't want. This thread is very similar to Kinect arguments.

Did it ever occur that some people don't want to waste their time selling stuff. I don't have a ebay account, as an example. I don't want the amiibo. I don't want to just throw it out. I totally want the CD, over the amiibo. But you know Gamestop bs. I didn't complain with Skyward's collectors edition. The Wiimote and CD was what I wanted. But If I didn't, I would of purchased the standalone. And no quick menu was taunted. I would change my mind, only if this amiibo would work in all games. But pitchforks would raise from that.
