I consider myself an objetive PS fanboy, and I have in my living room a ps1, 2 ps2 (bought another one cause the first one has issues with the disc tray), 2 ps3 (yes, cause got an old 60 GB fully backwards compatible, even tho the other is an 80 GB backwards compatible, Soul Reaver 2 its unplayable from the dark force onwards, and yes, makes no sense since I have PS2), and a PS4 (the third one, cause got the 1st one stolen, the second one ordered from Walmart and the box came empty, and after a fight got refunded). Being said that, there was a time when I was 6, and I got my first console ever for crhistmas; a shiny NES with the gun and the Super Mario Bros/duck hunt game.

Now, after all that time, Ive got the Wii U, since I wanted to play new SSB4, and boy, I havent even touched that game because I bought Mario Maker too, and it hit me like a donkey kick the fun that this game has... It brougth me a lot of memories and nostalgia, and I can say that for me its better than tropical Freeze, and SMB3D world, easily, since I own all of them and I prefer Mario Maker all the way... Anyways, changing a little the subject, is it just me being not used to the WiiU controllers or was the original NES control more responsive than the Wii U ones?? I often fall from ledges and miss walk over edges all the time ...(I believe just a few gamers can answer this quiestion lol)

Don't know bout controller issue but congratz wii u was my 1st ninty console since N64. Some great games on it. Nicely compliments ps4 or xone

The Wii U is a system that doesnt deserve the hate. It has few games, but extremely good ones. The gamepad gets alot of hate... but look at me laying in bed and posting on VGC. My Wii U browser gets extensive use. Be it for surfing the web/forums or to watch anime on TV without having to go through the trouble of downloading it. Directly streams on your TV. The incorporated remote on the gamepad also helps clearing the ammpunt of gadgets you need to control everything.

It's a handy system. Games look great, but everyone loves to hate it because there were all these marketing problems with it. Its not unlike the Vita, but the Wii U is actually better comparetively because the Vita browser got worse as time went by.

Hehehe I know rite?, but i thought WTH, ima try Wii U and if it gets me happy enough like my ps4, Ill buy NX as well, but after a while, no hurries there. I forgot to say that I have an X1 and a gaming PC too, and at first, the main reason that I got the Wii U was because I already had the others contendants, so why deny some love to the big N :P

After all I still a PS fanboy at heart, but Wii U is a close second now!

Smash 4 port would be godlike. Honestly no matter what new games they launch with the NX when it does arrive, they'd be stupid not to port a major hit like Smash for launch.

Well, you're not a fanboy in my book if you bought a Nintendo console. You're a fan, maybe xDDDD. Well, WiiU has a lot of great exclusives, so you'll see it's a great complement to your PS4. Or, maybe, it'll surprise you and become your main console. Plot twist! XDDD. About SMM, the gameplay are pretty different, but it's way more responsive on the WiiU version. Try playing now Super Mario World SNES and you'll notice the difference. It's substantial.
