"Wolf Link amiibo allows for players to skip save data selection on game start-up and jump to a saved position in-game"

Really? This is locked behind a statue.

Do you understand what that means? The amiibo has the dat of your actual save data, so you can escape the save data screen when you start the game and go directly to the data that the amiibo has inside, is just a little stupid feature that is possible thanks to the amiibo and saves you 10 seconds everytime you plug the game, this is just another case of people complaining about amiibo for the sake of it.

Yeah, I don't think that feature is... relevant xDDD. And amiibos must work this way, with little contents locked behind it, nothing meaningful. I don't know if they locked the x2Hero mode on Ganondorf, that's maybe my main concern with amiibos in this game (though you can play with 3 hears from the beginning to the end on hero mode and that's your super-hero mode xDDDD)

damn...forgot about this and here i was thinking i wouldnt buy another wii u game for a while but this is zelda

Looks like they're at least using Gamepad's capabilities, which is nice. This game will be a nice pick for those who missed it back in the day, but not so much for those who already played it. That is, unless you miss it a lot and don't have access to it anymore.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Ugh, can't they release info about the Wolf Link amiibo's function in Zelda U already? -.-

(I know Zelda U is still in development, but a simple blurb wouldn't be too much to ask.)

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Do you understand what that means? The amiibo has the data of the last time you saved the game with it, so you can escape the save data screen when you start the game and go directly to the data that the amiibo has inside, is just a little stupid feature that is possible thanks to the amiibo and saves you 10 seconds everytime you plug the game, this proves again that people usually complains about amiibo just for the sake of it.

Yeah... that's no different if they just incorporated this option, into the game, to begin with. It would be a menu option: Press Y for Quick Load. "Load the save data in slot one automatically. This will bypass the selection screen." They're litterly selling menu functions as DLC.

They added some good functions, those who missed TP on the gamecube and wii should definitely buy this game.
